I did it, U could try doing it just wearing underwear, or have a ice bath or stick ur head in an ice bucket for 1min or have a BOILING bath and then jumps in ice

Collect water from the arctic ocean and then bring it to Paris and pour it on you in front of the Eiffel Tower. Hehe.
