i ask if you can get like 3 or 4 diamonds per generator so it is worth to enchant my diamond picaxe more on fortune or is 2 to the max to get ?

You're able to get another extra drop. Each level grants 10% meaning level 11 grants 100% an extra drop (2 diamonds total) and 10% for a third diamond.

You will get a max of 2 diamonds per generator, no matter how high the enchant is. The higher the fortune level, the better chance of getting double from each generator. At least that's how I believe it works.
