Upgrading my gear (Magic & mayhem)

So i dont really know what should i do with my gear.
I got:
Heatwave helmet - level 50
Heatwave Chestplate - level 60
Royal Emissary Leggings - level 5
Jagged Boots - level 1
do yall got any tips or any ideas what can i upgrade?

If your level 250 you could try to get void wand and while your at it you get mob drops to get better gear of all types
