Glitch or hack

I just started playing some minerware and I was on bedrock mode but when I start playing I can't move my character so I look around but I can't move my camera so I switch to a different view and I see everyone but one person isn't moving. this happened in game and not in the minerware hub.

Please tell me if you have experienced this as well.

You can report laggy servers with a /whereami in staff-help

I think people have already reported this to staff help with the same description

This is a known issue, nobody is hacking the lobby - the person who isn't stuck just didn't do the action that causes it. It's also different than just a laggy server, so we won't need any /whereamis for this one.
