Dear Mojang,

I play on a server called cube craft games, I'm sure you have heard if it. I am a gold donator which I believe is now about £40, I donated a few weeks before you released your EULA Update in June. I donated to get perks in cubecrafts most played game skywars and to help the server. All I would like to know is; are Mojang considering changing back the EULA? I know one of the reasons you changed the EULA was to stop servers charging ridiculous amounts of money for perks however, I don't think that all servers should be affected because a small number of servers are charging too much. It should be the responsibly of the person making the payment to make responsible decisions and spend their money how they think it should be spent, if they then decide they don't like the perks it should not concern nor you or the server likewise, I have heard that you have had complaints from parents because their children have taken their credit card or paid for ranks/donated without asking their parents. This may sound a bit harsh but, it should be the responsibility of the parents to know what their children are doing on the computer. If servers are charging too much then it should be simple enough not to pay them or find a different non-expensive server. If Mojang really want to stop expensive servers creating a pay to win community then surely you could implement some kind of donation or spending cap. I don't think Cubecraft or any other big server will suffer tremendously from the new EULA and any shrink in donation number will probably only be temporary. However smaller servers may have to shut down if they cannot cover the costs. I understand that you must get a lot of complaints/suggestions on this subject but please take my ideas into consideration.

Then whats the point in putting the link to complain to the EULA in every news post if they have an automated response?

With my relation with this server, I feel like Mojang is putting us all down, not just me. When I donated to the server, it was mostly because I wanted an upper-hand to other people rather than just donating for the hell of it. Most people donated so that they can have a slight advantage to others. The EULA really put us down when we (donators) weren't getting the advantages like we wanted. Most of us as a community have been outraged and wanted our money back etc. although this server being of a high callibre as it is. We do not mean to offend you in any way however, what you have done is wrong, or dare I say, stupid.

The EULA has happened. We just have to play the waiting game and hope that they revert to theu old ways, before the EULA was enforced. If it doesn't happen, who cares? The server has a lot more to offer, and i really don't see why people are getting so upset over "wasting their money".
here are just a few things that the server offers:
Parkour, parkour minigame, parkour adventure, sg, sw, h&s, skyblock, kitpvp1, kitpvp2, kitpvp3, creative, a good community, friendly staff, assassins, UHC, the power to annoy kids with factions, parkour at the hub, customization for your avatar at the hub, SCB and dozens of other things... Try playing all that in a day, you will fail.
So what if you no longer get a few "perks" such as better kits that take the fun out of kitpvp, or w/e to help you build a little faster? You should be grateful that it happened at all, rather than complaining because you no longer have these benefits. Also, rather than being angry about the changes, you should feel proud that you donated, for maybe you no longer get anything out of it, but do you expect a puppy every time you donate to a dog shelter? Before anyone idiotic feels like responding to that, no you don't, or at least, really shouldn't...

Conclusion: Spamming mojang does nothing. The messages aren't actually received by real people, rather a machine that just auto-replies. kudos to a lazy team of lazy people, i guess. You are wasting your time by mailing them, as they need to learn mistakes for themselves. In the meantime, try something else that the server has to offer, and before you know it, your perks will likely be returned to you. c: For now, just wear your rank as a token of gratitude, and use your coloured chat as a sign of rebellion against the EULA, rather than spamming a computer.

The automatic response shows that Mojang doesn´t care about what the players want. They care about money in first place.
It shouldn´t be that way in my opinion. So it´s good that people like you, Gjpoppy write mails to them. Maybe that will wake them up out of their dreamland someday...

Too many companies fail as they never listen to their customers. They just assume that their customers will continue to buy whatever they throw at them, like ducks following a trail of breadcrumbs. I mean, look at call of duty. Snipers weren't nerfed, shotguns remained inconsistent and it took a whole 5 months to fix a graphical glitch that made cod ghosts unplayable. Why? They figured that seeing as they have your money already, it doesn't matter; they just assumed that you'll buy the next game in hopes that it would be better than the last. This is similar to what mojang is doing. They have their own auto response in regards to anything regarding the EULA. This suggests that they knew that players would rebel against this, and yet they still followed through with it, as to them, we're just stupid sheep with wallets. That's all they see when they think of the game now... money. Sure, they're a business and therefore their top priority is to profit, but they gave no thought at all as to what the playerbase wanted. Shame really, that in the end, money is the top priority.

I think we should wait and see whether realms sales increase and by how much, after the EULA was implemented so August & September before we draw conclusions about how susceusful the EULA was.

I 100% Don't understand how the EULA changes were helpful. Well i understand that the over expensive ranks was basically fixed, But I totally agree that they shouldnt have "punished" all servers. I, for sure, know that this EULA thing will definitely not be successful.

I feel as if EULA has changed relationships between people. Before you could basically find everyone on creative, even at 6 am. Now, you go on, and it's only 6 other people. It was only a few days ago sky block used to be filled with people and now there is no one. :(

Mojang better wake up and stop messing with the community of multiplayer servers. They need to know how much this means to some people and stop sitting in their own filth. I hope this comes back to haunt them.

ITS so annoying just because mojang owns minecraft shouldnt mean that they can just tweak things on hard working servers. Honestly if there going to do this they can at least listen to there customers complaints. Afterall we are the ones who gave them money

It depends on Mojangs real reasons for changing the EULA, if the aim was to stop pay to win servers, then it was successful. If it was to boost realms sales then we have to wait and see.

Thing is, the EULA has basicly caused chaos, not only for us, but also for mojang. After the plans for the enforcement of the EULA, got leaked from a skype chat, all hell broke loss, which lead to mojang rushing this thing and not two months later its out. Right now at mojang nobody knows what's going to happen, that's why there has been no large statement about it, or anything mentioned about it, because frankly, nobody at Mojang is stupid enough to go out and say, "EULA is following as planned" so that probably it. My point with this is, we need to stop panicking. Panic doesnt help, it actually makes it worse. Panic was probably one of the main reasons it was rushed. So just sit back and relax, enjoy your favorite drink and wait. If you want to, you can send a well writtend complaint towards mojang. If you're worried about CCG, just know that we have a plan for what we're going to do.

One last thing, don't hate the support people at Mojang, they are just doing their jobs, they probably don't know what's going to happen, since they just work for support.
