can i use drag clicking only for clutching (not pvp)?

hello so recently i learned how to drag click and i wont use it for pvping i want to use it for clutching and bridging so is it allowed in this case?
and i heard that cubecraft will disallow dragclicking completely is that real?

Drag clicking is currently at your own risk. Mods won't ban you for it, but the anticheat does. If you're banned by the anti-cheat for it the ban will most likely not be reversed.

Also, we will indeed completely disallow dragclicking, starting when our network will update to 1.12+ at the 15th of June.
