Java Lagging on cube.

Idk why but im lagging hard on cubecraft. I have 80-100 ping, where my normal ping is around 30. This lag is only on cubecraft my ping and latency is fine on other servers. Any suggestions?

If you live in the USA it's probably the reason they've no servers there
