Java mute all players

Is There a way to mute all players in-game. e.g: all the players in eggwars and skywars so that you dont receive messages while fighting? if not it might be nice to add that to the collections of the mute in lobbies.

You then wouldnt see kill messages or egg break messages etc.

I do agree having a way to turn of chat (although maybe not p chat and friend messages) would be really nice.

This sounds like a great idea! A chat setting you can toggle to 'Everyone', 'Party chat', 'Nothing'. Something like that would be a nice feature.

This is not needed in my opinion. Messages ain’t that distracting/bothering.

i dont see why this would be needed when you can just turn off your chat. besides, having a chat is only useful for communication.

Add 'Team' for team-games as well

i dont see why this would be needed when you can just turn off your chat.

If you turn of you chat, you won't be able to read server messages anymore. So you won't see kill messages or egg break messages. So an option to turn off other players could be a nice feature.

besides, having a chat is only useful for communication.

The chat is also used for being toxic. So I can see why it is usefull for some players to be able to turn off their chat, but still receive messages about the game progress.
