Well they did announce this back in June, so everyone was given a heads up. From what I can see, you didn't join until earlier this month. They made people well aware of this change, yet you still spent the money. :P

I don't really mind about the kits in KitPvp cause I just bomb everyone and kill donars who bought dia armour from the shop :D
Ever since EULA, KitPvP has actually been, well... fun. Not a bunch of fat cheeto-encrusted kids swearing at each other and calling stones noobs. Everyone has equal opportunity there and I think it's a wonderful change. That's about one of the only positive things I've seen from the EULA though.

Keep in mind that you should have thought wisely before you donated. Perks are given as a thought of appreciation since you donated.

The problem here is that you don't seem to understand the difference between donation and purchase.
do·na·tion: noun \dō-ˈnā-shən\
1: the making of a gift especially to a charity or public institution
2: a free contribution :

>a free contribution
You gave them your money for free in order to fund their server. As thanks for your donation, they gave you some sweet perks.

pur·chase
verb \ˈpər-chəs
1: an act or instance of purchasing
2: something obtained especially for a price in money or its equivalent

You seem to be upset about losing your perks which you purchased, while in reality, you didn't purchase anything. You donated your money to the cause of supporting this server. The only difference between donating to Cubecraft and donating to a charity is that donating to Cubecraft is not tax-deductible (because it's not a charity.) I would advise you to remember this next time you plan to donate to any cause or organization and expect something in return for your money.

One last thing...

Our Refund Policy:
Since the items and ranks you receive when donating are Digital Intangible Items, there is a strict no refund policy.
Since you can not replace the time it took to assign you your rank, and/or give back the items you received no refunds will be granted.
This accounts even if you were banned, or muted.
Executing a chargeback/dispute will get your account banned from our server automatically.

When you see something with a no refund policy, you should REALLY reconsider purchasing that item/service if it costs a significant sum of money.
