this thread is kinda old. but it is still relevant.
to people who want to know about the mod.
I'm pretty sure he is using. SEUS
which stands for Sonic Ethers Unbelievable shaders.
which also needs a core mod called GLSL Shaders mod.
it works for 1.7, it doesn't require forge.
you need a REALLY good pc to run this, trust me. xD

I has one called Mr. Moo's shaders doesn't look as bootyfull but still pretty cool and easier to run.

Well when I was around 12 I picked the parts for my current pc and it was put together by a friend of mine.
but my stupid 12 year old brain forgot the main part.
I sit here with a plain old video card. no Shaders for me xD
