Points are for buying kits and perks, loot points for crafting cubelets and levels show 'your dedication to Cubecraft' (otherwise known as how much you grind challenges)

With points you can buy kits and abilities, they can give you an advantage in-game.

And about levels, well there isn't exactly anything you could do with it apart from flexing and showing off your dedication for CubeCraft
