Are there Developer applications? If so is there a mininum age? Are there different developers? What do they do? Where are the applications?

If there were any open applications, 16 is the minimum age.

Yup! Infrastructure, Protocol, Game, Anticheat, Library and Backend (as far as I know).

What do they do?

Game > Develop games.
Anticheat > Developthe anticheat.
Not sure about the others, sorry.
