Could we have /give command in creative so we can access more blocks please

You would be able to get Command blocks, so I say no.

With the exception of commands blocks, Any blocks that pose any risk can be blacklisted, i.e. Command Blocks or Any Other blocks Unsafe or Unneeded.

Just do //set (name here or number) world edit
