I don't know what bug you're talking about, but if that happens it might be a big problem, if it's true that the bug has happened, I hope they'll fix it soon.

it happened 7 times per a day with me but i can.t see only 1 every time and i can see the others i play optifine 1.15.2

Well that's a big problem you have to make a report in the Forum - Bugs, because it seems to be a complicated bug, if you could say so.
