I remember NLodjo applied for this in my PMs a while ago. He had 2044 pending friend requests (256 pages). I'll add it next time I update the book :)

No. You need more accepted map submissions than him in order to take this record. I'm only doing shared records if the record cannot be done better (most parkour medals is an example of this)
