False banned

I got banned 3 days ago..
It was a false ban so I made a ban appeal..
It got accepted so I am unbanned but I am asking myself does this punishment count as a punishment.

No, it doesn't count as an actual punishment because it was false. If you get banned again, the punishment you will receive is the first one from the punishment track, as if this ban never happened. If you apply for Helper or YouTuber, the punishment wouldn't harm your chances of getting accepted because it was a false punishment and you haven't actually broken any rules.
