Possibly it is a connection problem in this case I could recommend sending an email to support@cubecraft.net they could give you a better answer and solution to your problem :)

no problem on the internet trying to enter other phones at home but my phone does not enter

At this point in time, I'd recommend not using a Switch. Sometimes our players cannot connect to our network when using a Switch, we're not completely sure why, but we're looking into the issue with Microsoft. Thanks!
