(In the first 2 captures where the error is located (chat blurred), and in the second two the chat (the scale) is 100% and it looks perfect)

THE ERROR:
whenever I change the scale to any number, (other than 100) the chat looks blurred... etc I've tried everything, reinstall the mc like 12 times (this error I have since I bought the minecraft premium - -> 2016) And if you are going to ask: Use mods or do not use mods, Use Optifine or do not use Optifine, the error persists

Isn’t it your texture pack’s font?

Simple solution would be to not change your chat’s scale but thats no good one
