Incorrect ban

My son was banned while playing Lucky Islands. He is 8 years old and has only just started playing Minecraft and I highly doubt he's cabable of violating any policies resulting in a ban.

Using the appeal code given when trying to conntect to the server, there are two infractions on appeals.cubecraft.net. However, both of these are from last year and applies to other users (the evidence screen shots clearly shows this).

How can this be och how to lift the ban?

On the appeals site, you will first have to enter your Minecraft username. It will bring you here. luddis currently has only one active infraction, which can be appealed using the appeal code shown when you attempt to log in.

Sentinel, our custom anti-cheat, banned your son for cheating. If the ban is incorrect, then please submit an appeal in which you provide a detailed description of what luddis was doing at the time of getting banned. This will allow our developers to improve the anti-cheat and fix possible flaws.

I accidentally submitted the appeal code in place of the username.
I've now sent an appeal.
