Java Inmunity for bow during a few seconds

Hey I have to tell that we all hate that people that in skywars fields and tron maps when the match starts, they start to shoot their neighbors so they kill them very fast so, how if you implement a inmunity for a few seconds to avoid that situations?

Welcome to tactics. Building a wall to prevent yourself from falling off due to projectiles thrown or shot by other players is not rocket science.

yes but most people don't have time to loot and get blocks

They only have 10 arrows, just try to dodge them

It takes 1 second to load a bow and shoot it again (at least, when you want to deal 100% of the damage the bow can deal). If you want to shoot someone off their island, that would take some seconds, which is enough time to loot a chest and to build a wall.
