Hey CubeCrafters!

Today, we've released one of our largest updates to Bedrock! - Most of our menus have been updated to be custom, with detailed renders, revamped icons, and a huge amount of customisation for the future, including in EggWars! Read more to find out what we've changed!

What menus have been updated?

We've spent lots of time and research looking into what our existing menus look like and how they could be changed. Development for this project started, and quickly got a lot of prototypes working - and have implemented custom menus to the following menus!

Quick Play to all games
Loot menus
Lobby selector
Map selection
Content packs
Gift menu
EggWars shop - Beta mode

Have you always been interested in how our recruitment team works? Do you wonder what being a Helper means? Are you curious about what changes we pushed out with our latest update? If that's the case, you're at the right place, as we'll cover it all in this thread!

Member → Helper

It's no secret we have an amazing recruitment team ready to handle all of your applications. When you create an application, it gets added to the list of dozens of other applications. A new application will appear at the top of the list, which is why our team always starts handling applications from the bottom. This is in an attempt to ensure everyone's application gets handled between 1-3 days.

Our desire is to have this process be amazingly fast!

We are excited to announce and provide information about our community events! This has been a roller coaster of activity, but we are excited to start doing these regularly for you all!

Community Events! :cube_dark:

These events can be anything from Community Games to Official Competitions all hosted by Team CubeCraft! They provide a chance for us to get to spend time with you as a community and for you to get to know each other and individual members of our team!

All of this happens while also providing an opportunity for you to win some spectacular prizes!

Hey CubeCrafters!

2021 was a very interesting year - it's been a rollercoaster of events. But, through all of that, you've stuck with us, and we're eternally grateful for you all! We'd like to have a small recap of 2021 in this thread and discuss some changes we'll be making going into 2022.

Team CubeCraft!

During 2020, one of our goals was to reinvest into our Team - and that didn't stop going into 2021!

Last year, Team CubeCraft ended at 125 members - this year, we're ending it at 355 members!

The Admin team sits at 23 members!
The Design team sits at 43 members!
The Moderation team sits at 43 members!
The Development team sits at 19 members!
The Translation team sits at 220 members!
We introduced & revamped our QA team, which sits at 12 members!
We've had countless promotions from Designer to Sr. Designer, Developer to Tech Lead, Moderator to Sr. Moderator & the addition of SrTranslators!

Hello CubeCrafters!

We're very excited to unveil our first new event for the first time in what feels like forever, Lunar New Year!

Lunar New Year is celebrated by 25% of the world population and is one of the biggest celebrations annually for East Asian countries - we tried to stay in spirit of what Lunar means to many Asian communities around the world and are happy to support this event through our network. :heart:

New Hub

As is standard with our seasonal events we have totally revamped our main hub! All the models have changed and they now feature some fun cultural references for you to discover, such as hanging lanterns!
