YT RANK

Good afternoon, send the YT rank request and it was accepted, I got the mail but when I entered the server did not have the rank, the mail had arrived on March 22 this year

Buenas tardes, envie la solicitud de rango YT y fue aceptada, me llego el correo pero cuando entre al server no tenia el rango, el correo me habia llegado el dia 22 de marzo de este año

Que puedo hacer?

Email them back saying you havent gotten the rank
