the best way to build is very simple, make a small enough space to make sure the blazes can't fly but also big enough where they cant spawn out. Make sure your building this blaze farm in the overworld as we all know, water would be illegal in the nether. Place the water down as in a average farm but instead of pushing the blaze, it will do damage to the blaze. Once the blaze is dead, it should drop blaze rods into the water which transports it to the hoppers, which then transport the blaze rods in the chest. If this seems a bit complex then just tell me and ill try to make one and send you a picture.
