To my knowledge there was no mario map, but if there was, it was removed because of impopilarity

Do you mean duels or FFA? Either way, I don't remember any mario themed map for any game mode.

Its a good thing they did otherwise cubecraft would get a heavy blow of copyright, nintendo is taking down everyone trying to make mario stuff in other games they even copyrighted the mario mash up pack for console in youtube videos

They can't copyright a pvp map, lol. It didn't show any mario fugures or so, the map was 20% green pipes and 80% void. If they copyrighted that, they would have to sue every store that sold green pvc pipes.
