Why is ViaFabric not allowed

I want to play 1.8 and 1.16 at once without Minecraft's slow launcher, it doesn't even launch, why is it not allowed?

Also is Lunar and Optifine is really a hack? I heard some things about it, now do I have to use nothing to play now since PVP mods were a hack?

Is Vanilla Minecraft a hack? Are 1.7 animations are a hack???

Lunar and Optifine together are allowed,

Which mod I recommend the most as for 1.8 and 1.16.5 pvp is labymod. Just keep in mind, reporting with it will get your report denied, but like skins and name, reports are allowed to make with labymod.
