WHY DO YOU NEED 40K SUBS TO GET YOUTUBER RANK?

I think to get youtuber rank at least 10k Because That is a lot of subs I have 7.6k subs I would like to have that rang I also bought the emerald rank :3 So I suggest If anybody is Diamond, Emerald or Obsidian and you have 10k or 5k xD I don't Know you could get the Youtuber Rank :3 I also Upload a lot of videos in cube :3
