Why do the enchantments make no sense

The listed enchantments on the enchanting table are often different than the actual enchantment on the item. And sometimes my levels disappear when I'm using an anvil. Is there a reason why it's like this? Recently it has prevented me from having a sharp 5 sword in OP mode. It also says that a punch 2 bow is too expensive

Because I think it's disabled for fair reasons. But I might be wrong too. But my guess is that it's disabled for being too op. who knows? :)

Balancing, I also dont like it. On 1.15 you cant even see the enchantments ~ it shows random enchantments

Finally got it
