Resolved Why can't we see each other's messages?

Hiya!

Recently, me and my friends have been playing Skyblock on co-op, but we can't see each other's messages. We all send them, but we can't see each other's, so we are communicating via signs. We can see each other's when we aren't on Skyblock, but we can't see it in Skyblock.

Why is this happening? Should we submit a bug report, or is there another problem?

To quote a previous response from me:

"Unfortunately there isn't really much we can do in terms of shadow mutes apart from the information we've provided you. Shadow mutes are completely out of our control and only something that Microsoft themselves issue :("

If you are however able to reproduce this happening then please submit a bug report

I understand I might be shadow muted (No idea why, however) but all of my friends can't see messages either, whether from me or someone else.
