Why am I blocked from cubecraft?

Hello. I have had this problem for months and I just want to know why am I not able to join the cubecraft server? It says "blocked connection" and error code C711 etc. I've read the article for blocked connection and it says that it blocks the connection for hackers and so they can't join the server. And I haven't cheated at all. I am 100% legit and screenshared multiple times by my friends on discord. So please staff, unblock my connection.

Sometimes it can be, depending on how many times you were banned
