why am i banned

Why am i banned because of my brothers hack. he got permban the first time he hackt and thats unfair. but whats more unfair i also got ban i was crying cubecraft was my best server but then a helper mute me perm for nothing and the day after BAN why i beacuse bypass Xx_GaffaAA_xX i mean WTF

First> A helper can't ban/mute other players.
Second> You can appeal on your alt account here: https://appeals.cubecraft.net/appeal/8749e331-760a-413c-a224-06c0d3ab414e/775873. It is not allowed for using on a second account When your first account got banned.

Account security is not our problem, it's yours. If your brother was using illegal clients and got banned on your account, than that is your responsibility.

Just like it was said above, you're not allowed to by-pass a ban by using an alternative. We don't ban the person from the server, we ban the account.
