Who can choose your skyblock biomes?

If I’m understanding you correctly you want to have the option to change your Skyblock biome. But why is this needed?

The whole idea of the different biome themed islands is gone when you're able to choose/change biomes for your Skyblock (I assume that's what you meant?).

If you have destroyed your islands you can change your biomes
