Where do i get my ban appeal code from?

Recently , i got banned by Setinel. I tried to appeal and it asked me for an appeal code. I cannot log into cubecraft so i dont know where to get the code from

It normally shows up underneath the first screenshot you sent with "sentinel caught you cheating" It says appeal code very clear underneath it, but this sometimes breaks. I requested the appeal code from you, so I am able to hand it over to you. I will create a private conversation with you about the code (:
