When are optimisers unlocked and what are they?

Just wondering because my acacia trees are taking so long ;-;
Basically how long do they last, how much do they cost, how much do they boost it buy?

Optimisers are unlocked on Exteme Hills, although according to I heard, when you unlock Savannah and unlock the nether you can make a light sensor to get boost. All boost give a X2 production speed boost so if you get a boost of 3 hours, 6 hours would actually be discounted in those 3 hours

you get the boosters after extreme hills, they need 16 of any sapling, seed or ore (depending on what category you want to boost) and will make it regrow twice as fast. the level of the boost determines the time. for example, an oak sapling is level 1, but acacia is 5 and by that, works a lot longer! you can boost 5x per category
