I got banned about a year ago and the appeal was quickly dismissed. The yellow “Please wait” sign is still hanging. The ban was issued for unfair advantage, but I did not use cheats. What can I do to lift the ban?

(I use Google translate)

Hello michimine,

The conversations system on the appeals site is no longer in use, which is why it keeps displaying "Please wait". You can ignore this since this status message won't change anymore.

As of now, there's a different way of rediscussing your Sentinel ban. You can send an e-mail to sentinelteam@cubecraft.net along with your username and a new appeal if you would like to rediscuss your Sentinel ban. Hope this helps and don't hesitate to ask away if you have any further questions.

Thanks for reaching out and have a nice rest of your day,

Thank you for helping, are there any things that should always be indicated except for the nickname?

Your username and a new appeal should suffice. You can also include your platform (Java/Bedrock).

Been holding up alright, I wish the same for you all
An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
