Personally, I'd go for the slime (in their baby form of course) because they're cute

I'd choose an Allay, a small flying mob that helps collect and deliver items. It’d be super useful in real life for organizing stuff, picking up things you drop, or even helping clean your room like a personal flying assistant!

If I tell you my choice normally, you all would be confused. So, I will present my choice in the form of a short play.

Friend: (looks at the cage) Aw, the bunny is so cute! Can I touch it?
Minty: (frowns) Uhhh- I am not sure if that is a good idea.
Friend: Why not? What's wrong with it?
Minty: You don't wanna know.
Friend: If you don't let me play with it, the you have to suffer the consequences.
Minty: (with a mischievous smile) Then go ahead.
*Minty pulls out a shield IRL and tries to shield herself
Friend: (feels awkward, looking at Minty and opens the cage) The bunny is so fluffy! I love it- Wait, why are the eyes red? MINTY, WHAT HAPPENED TO ITS EYES???
Minty: Now face the killer bunny.
*Killer bunny attacks friend
Friend: HELP!!!!
Minty: IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT THE BUNNY IS OUTSIDE NOW.

Little did she know, the killer bunny only attacks and does not do any damage because it is tamed by me as I found a way to make it passive.

I chose the Ender dragon because it was funny option to have. Someone chose the Warden because it was also a funny one to add to the post. It's not like anything chosen here will come to life now, is it? It's nothing serious. Laugh, love and live.
