That just means you have lag, nothing to worry about.:)

As Leo said, it refers to your connection between the server and your internet. It is strictly when you are lagging, so you are sending too many packets than what is normal (I think, I am not good with coding). Do not worry, you should be able to rejoin just fine. :)
