Hi.

I wanted to start making eggwars maps with my friends, is there any tips on how I can make an eggwars map?
I will get some ideas on a theme for the map, I just need tips on making the islands as this will probably be the first map xD

All I can think of is make the islands kinda the same so no one has an advantage .-.

Yeah, I will make sure that everyone has an exact copy of islands, so no team has an advantage.

Make sure that every island is different (even slightly) but this difference shall NOT give an advantage.
Have an Idea, an Inspiration. decide the theme, the palette, the general art style for your buildings.
Make the trip from single islands to the center interesting, maybe with middle islands with chests.

Play around with world edit and worldpainter or whatever you use. Especially with worldpainter its easy to get carried away and make something huge.

make sure that there is an obvious way to tell what island is what team like put a flag or color the walls with that team's color

you can create a free server on Server.pro just click on plugins and then on World edit i don't know how to install voxlesniper but a friend of my do have voxelsniper :)

To make sure it's a good map I recommend you use blocks.

lmao sorry this reply is pretty useless.
But I recommend your team can acces the again pretty fast when attacked.
Not like in Treehouse where you need to walk 2 bridges that are so long.

I made a server with Server.pro (thank you Sem_Lanters!) I may not make any maps for a while. Just practicing with Voxel Sniper and other stuff with a friend. :)
