Resolved what if an application didn't meet the minimum requirements?

So I applied for arabic translator position
and I didn't got any reply and the "new" word next to the title didn't changed
So are the staff team didn't yet read it?
If they read it they will make it considered and if they don't consider it what will happen then?
If I got denied can I re-apply?
Im asking these questions because I really want to be a staff team in cubecraft it's honor for me and now im really worried
sooo pray for me to get accepted
and also can someone answer these questions?
