Skyblock What happens when you break a spawner with a full inventory?

I broke a spawner without realizing my inventory was full. I think it’s gone. But I’m not sure.

The spawner will drop on the ground and after some time it will eventually despawn

I also had this once and somehow the spawner was put in my boots slot (picture), so maybe its wise to take a look at ur armour slots.
