what are the chances of getting an infernal skeleton in skyblock

i was wondering if there was a set chance of getting an infernal skeleton or if it is random.

idk, im doing the quest rn and it is taking me a while

first go to Y=0, then build a platform >200 blocks high and let them fall down, the infernal(+tough) skeletons will survive.
case: if they die all, then upgrade the spawner.

note:
I used this method to goto Y=0(overworld &nether) without using water or lava.

It's randomized so I wouldn't know. I think that if you level up your spawners, the chance of getting infernal skeletons are higher. I upgraded mine a lot and I got 3 infernal skeletons in a row. But I'm not 100% sure.
