'I feel a 'Complaints' section should be added to the forums, accessible only by people with a signed in account (as to not turn potential newcomers away from the idea of creating an account). Obviously creating alt accounts to cause drama is not an okay thing to do, so I feel those bans were totally justified; this has been against the rules for as long as I can remember. If there were a 'Complaints' section, then the community could discuss things that they dislike about the server, free from the worry that they're going to be punished as a result of voicing opinions. I know there's a section for staff rants, but let's be honest - there's one staff member that many of us dislike, and considering they're one of the very few people who can even access staff complaints, it feels awkward to complain about them essentially to their face. Ordinary forum rules would obviously still apply to this hypothetical 'Complaints section'; no swearing, targeted harassment, politics, etc.

Currently, if people want to complain, they'll create hashtags and spam them in as many places as they can until they're banned, because any attempt at genuine discussion is locked on sight. This leads to players being banned for spam and/or drama, which only riles people up more. Every forum needs a place where its people can vent, and such a place feels very overdue on Cube.'

Edit: Another benefit to this, would be to tidy the forums up a bit. Whenever there's drama, the 'Suggestions' section is bombed with threads sarcastically implying that the staff team do a better job, or whatever. By having a dedicated 'Complaints' section, staff could have a genuine excuse to tidy these messy threads up without it seeming like they're just trying to silence everyone. Threads could be moved to the 'Complaints' section where players could discuss the topic in question freely, without bothering everybody else.

Lastly, having a collection of complaints would make it easier to filter out and find things that the community feels most passionately about. This would in turn, make resolving the community's issues easier.

+1 there needs to be somewhere that we can discuss what we don't like about the server, the website, the rules or what the staff team are doing. Idk why, but the fact that ppl get punished for complaining about updates and other stuff that they don't like feels like some sort of fragile ego. Criticism and complaints need to be taken and turned into improvements if the staff don't want any.
