Artwork We Want Emotes!

Hi, everyone! We've recently been touching up the forums a bit to make them a little more fun and interactive. We've had a few contests and recently, we added more trophies to obtain through posting, likes, etc. I wanted to take it all a step further and see if we can get some fun custom emote ideas for the forums!

This isn't exactly a contest; we won't have a single winner and (probably) no prizes. Your artwork (or whatever gets submitted that we like) will instead be featured as a custom emote on our forums, like so!

To submit an emote, simply upload a file (preferably with a transparent background) in a post on this thread! All we ask is that you don't submit copyrighted images, as I'm not really sure what the laws with those really say. Better safe than sorry, though!

Here's an example post, my squirtlebrains emote from Twitch:

Remember that emotes are pretty small, so keep them simple and fun!

Sounds cool, but is this only something for the current forums or will they also get implemented in the new forums?

Also, if you want them to look cool you should do something about the awful existing emotes, they look pretty bad.
Just add discord emotes, they look way better than this: :);):(:mad::confused1::p:D:eek::oops::rolleyes:o_O
You can get the discord emotes by right clicking on the emote in discord and selecting "open link".



Oh and also, do something about the terrible sizes of the emotes. Example:

Just some placeholder text to
show that this emote is a weird size.
example to show that :) is cut off at the bottem.
