Like I said in all the other suggestions for the /rejoin command:

This has been suggested many times before, but I still support the idea.
Though, you shouldn't be able to rejoin if:

• You have been kicked by a Helper for illegal client modifications or something else.
• If you disconnect yourself because you were almost dead or eliminated.
