Wat's The Point of being a Donator?

It's because of minecraft's new EULA, if you are unhappy with it contact Mojang and let them know how you feel. The point of donating is to help maintain the server, the kits ect. were a way of saying thank you. Donater perks have been removed from all servers because of the EULA, but I believe there will be future updates in which most features will be bought back with in-game points.
