Hello, where can I find a list of all VIP levels and their VXP requirement and a list of all store items and the respective amount of VXP you get for buying? Everything about this is so intransparent. Thanks

You can find a list of all VIP levels and their respective VXP requirements here, credits to community member @Critly for making this organised and highly informative list!
As for a list of all store items: unfortunately, there is no such thing available at this time. I suggest looking through the main as well as gamemode-specific lobbies as quite some items are displayed in those and VXP is noted with them. As for older items, I suggest asking in our Discord staff-help channel or comparing the Minecoins value with an item of which you do know the VXP of.
