Why can't we just put a video into a bug report by attaching it? Why do we have to attach a video from a link???

We will sometimes need to use the video link in other places, which would be more difficult if it necessitated going through the forums. There are also bandwidth issues when you consider allowing video to be posted by anyone on a forums website.
