I was bored today and decided to make a tree generator. It's not big, but I thought I might aswell share it. It might be useful for someone :p

So, here is my vanilla tree generator made in about 1 hour.

DOWNLOAD:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/ooc4yazghal1jl2/Tree_generator_by_hgbf.schematic

  1. Download the file.
  2. If you haven't already, install a tool like mcedit. It is free for windows and mac.
  3. Import the .schematic file into your world. Make sure to place it somewhere without blocks above it. A tutorial on this can be found somewhere on google.

  4. Save and enter your world.
  5. Press the button below the text.

  6. If you want to stop the spam in the chat, type "/gamerule commandBlockOutput false" in the chat
  7. Right-click the tree tool (or any other carrot on a stick) to make a tree :D

DISCLAIMER: This is not perfect. It is just something I made for fun in a short time. Bugs may occur.

When the carrot is clicked, a few invisible mobs are spawned at the player. They get thrown up into the air. After a few blocks, they get thrown in another direction, selected by a randomizer. During this time, they place logs, and towards the end of the generation, leaves are added. After about 1 second, they all get killed.

This is YOUR daily dose of facts #54-
The original Enderman had green eyes, and emitted smoke particles. They were later changed to purple eyes, and now Enderman emit purple teleportation particles instead of smoke.
