Java Vacation Map - spectators spawning too high

Hey, I don't know if it's a bug or it's intended, but when you're respawning on Vacation Map it will show you nothing than clouds and fog. The height when it spawns your "ghost" is way too high, and it's impossible to see the map.

This is a wanted or unwanted behaviour?

Once you go down, can you see everything or are you unable to spectate at all?

this always happens to me, but you could easily teleport to players by pressing 1!

You do spawn too high compared to other maps but it has always been like it. You can just fly down or TP to someone.
