Changelog and Announcements

This is mainly for people who aren't in the discord and don't know what's happening in the server. There could be an item in the inventory that could be selected, and it would show the changelog for any new updates to the server. Announcements...

Our changelog gets updated daily, New things are being added almost every day, whether it be bug fixes or game updates. Adding something like this would be rather hard to maintain, especially with how many things get added to our changelog. It wouldn't be worth all the extra hassle, in my opinion. However, this doesn't mean I'm going to deny the suggestion.
