Unable to register for reports?

I want to make a report. But I need to login again on the reports link in the menu. Eventually it said i should call /registerreports in the game while on the server. Then I got some nice yellow text back without link, clicking doesnt do anything.
Then how am I supposed to make my report? If registering is not even possible?

You probably got something disabled in the settings menu. I hope this works:

1. Press esc.
2. Click on ‘Options’.
3. Click on ‘Chat Settings’.
4. Make sure you got your ‘Prompt on links’ on.
5. Make sure you got your ‘Web Links’ on too.

Turned out my web links were turned off.
I succesfully registered and made my report.
